Our worldwide sites achieve this through community involvement teams representative of the entire workforce. The committees co-ordinate the efforts of people from all areas of the business enabling them to develop new skills by taking on different challenges which benefit the local community. They focus on key community partners, carefully selected to ensure that the objectives of both parties are met and the relationship has a major impact on the chosen partner. |
